The staff at the hotel were nice

The room was fashionable and tastefully decorated. the facilities in the room were just what I needed. - the variety of breakfast options, including tea, croissants, toast, cereal. - the property is conveniently located near a church where the locals dine

The venue was reasonably clean. the staff were helpful. - the hotel was next to a very good restaurant near the church where the locals all eat. - the garden on the left side added to its marvellous location. - It was just a pleasant stroll away from Igreja Matriz da Golega. - Everything was simply perfect.

I had a delightful stay at Casa Da Tia Guida in Azinhaga during my Camino de Santiago journey. The owners, Fernando and his wife, were incredibly kind and accommodating. They allowed me to drop off my backpack early and explore the charming town until my room was ready. The garden room I stayed in was lovely, with a comfortable bed, fast wifi, and a clean bathroom with a large shower. The breakfast provided was the best I've had along the Camino. The owners even went above and beyond by driving me and my friends to the nearby train station. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Amazing architecture: The 19th-century Casa-Estúdio Carlos Relvas is truly a work of art with its unique combination of stone, iron, glass, and stucco. Staying there felt like being in a fairy tale castle!

    Limited breakfast options.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Da Tia Guida Bed & Breakfast in Golega. the beautiful traditional Portuguese house was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. the private bathroom was fitted to a high standard with a bath, shower, sink, and bidet. the host, Leonor, was caring and supportive, especially when I arrived late and hungry. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome, even accommodating my vegan diet with special breakfast requests. the room in the lovely garden was perfect, with fast wifi, cleanliness, and a comfortable mattress. I would definitely stay here again. Cons: Nothing 😊.

This place is awesome! The room was so cozy and comfortable, I felt right at home. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather. The shared kitchen was handy for making snacks and meals. And the soundproofing was on point, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Loved it!

Honestly, I can't think of anything bad about this place. Maybe some people would find it odd, but I actually liked the private tiled bathroom.

The room was beautifully decorated with a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a romantic escape. The bed was comfortable and the private bathroom was clean and well-equipped. We also enjoyed the picturesque surroundings and the charming atmosphere of the town. The location was convenient, with several attractions and restaurants within walking distance. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area.

The breakfast options were limited and not very appealing. We were hoping for a more extensive and delicious breakfast to start our day.
